[colorforth] Cfdos in Bochs for Windows2000 works!

FYI:

I have cfdos's Colorforth running happily from a
floppy on an IBM PC300G with Windows 2000.

So I tried it in Bochs and it worked there too! 

Bochs will boot from actual floppy or from the boot disk
image (cfdos3.blk). And it will save edits back to the
block file. Runs very slowly.

Configuration info follows...
   
   Have Window resolution set to 1152 by 864, otherwise
   the emulator window won't show all of Colorforth's 
   1024 x 768 display. 

   Bochsrc.txt file:
      romimage: file=c:\bochs\BIOS-bochs-latest, address=0xf0000
      vgaromimage: c:\bochs\VGABIOS-lgpl-latest
      megs: 32
      boot: floppy
      floppya: 1_44=cfdos3.blk
     #floppya: 1_44=a:, status=inserted  #...this works too
     ips: 1000000

...runs very slowly (especially at boot) but it runs.
Bochs emulator screen is black for several seconds
before finally showing the Colorforth logo and then
going to the block that was edited last in the previously
saved session.
