There is some info about OO Forth at   http://home.tampabay.rr.com/jforth

This Forth was written for the Amiga and can be run via UAE on unixes or
winUAE on windows machines.

There is an online manual and chapter 10 is about ODE (Object-Oriented
Development Environment).

This may be of interest and give you ideas.

Also, JForth is freeware and has full sources so you could look at the code
for inspiration
