[ColorForth] Anyone in close contact with Jeff Fox

Either he has changed provider who doesn`t know how to make 
domains local, or someone at his provider has messed about and 
sendmail doesn`t know ultratechnology.com is local and on their 
system.

value.net (his provider) doesn`t see ultratechnology.com  as a local 
domain and thinks we are trying to relay mail through their server.

We have mailed postmaster@xxxxxxxxx, but someone near him 
might want to call him and put him  `in the picture`.
