[colorforth] new mail server

Hello all.

We have changed mail server etc. for this list.

The only thing that has really changed as far as you are concerned is the
subscription and unsubscription addresses.  They are now :-

subscribe   -   send a mail to   colorforth-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
unsubscribe   -   send a mail to colorforth-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

No subject or body entry is required.

Obviously, if you have a web site with the subscription info, please change it.

Any problems, please respond to the list-admin address.
