[colorforth] printing numbers

Chuck's Hello World post gave me this idea. Perhaps it is very obvious.

I found it useful if you need print out a lot of numbers you can just find
and empty block, and shift the number left by 5, or it with the proper
formating tag, and write it to the block. You can print out a matrix by
labeling each row with a red digit. It is a useful techinique for
debugging, and the code to do this is very simple.
