[colorforth] Colors

I propose we use somthing easier for the human eye, using tags
<red>
etc

I suggest ANSI, or compressed WML or XHTML (or just HTML). But anyway doing 
it would need a util, or a browser, or a forth word doing the 
encoding/decoding.

I would like to see a more meaningful coding, not just a contemporary ugly 
short codes.
