[colorforth] DOS based MASM

Guess the Arrow Assembler would be a good assembler for 16-bit DOS apps, but it
breaks quite badly on 32 bit. Only generated 1210 errors on color.asm,
including not recognizing either the 'tiny' or '.486' directives.

Chuck used a MASM 6.11.c to develop colorForth. The original package came with
an additional program called 'DOSXNT.EXE' which is required to run the
assembler. Check the MASM32
http://www.movsd.com/masm.htm
package to see if that might be available in it. Othewise, you will have to
boot from DOS 7.0 into Win9x and run MASM32 from there. N.B. MASM32 generates
slightly different opcodes from 6.11c, which may or may not be salient.
