[colorforth] Question regarding if

Just curious, does the 'if' of the c18 operate similar to colorForth? If
you drop a value or fetch a value before the 'if' does this effect the
jump, or is it like the pentium, such operations do not effect the flags
and the 'if' operation is based on the result of some previous
computation?
