[colorforth] Non-working colorForth

i have a display device at Bus: 00 Device:01

so given 8000xx08h, what would the xx be? (ive never acessed the PCI bus 
directly, and PCISIG dosent exactly make their spec easy to get).

(this sould make anything using the Intel 810 chipset work (ie the Dell 
OptiPlex GX100 i picked up to play with Colour4th on
