[colorforth] ether-ip-udp image

Dear list, Tim here.

I have recently received an image file from Dr. Moore's ether-ip-udp
development disk, It is about one year old.

This image has support for Ethernet, IP and UDP.
It also has many examples that might interest others.

I can only describe it with the word "art".

This code is available at http://www.dnd.utwente.nl/~tim/colorforth , it is
in the file named ether-udp-3.blk in the directory ether-ip-udp.

In Dr. Moore's words this network code was described as follows: "It's a
wonderfull simplification of the ethernet, ipv4, ipv6, and udp protocols".
To me it has become much, much more. I have learned from this code. and it
has spead development time in many ways.

I have asked him for his permission to send it to this list. He responded
positively, and I am now mailing it through.

See the install.txt file to assist with backround information, concerning
the files that are in the ether-ip-udp directory.

In a seperate mail I will be releasing more code based on this image. It
will discuss a public colorforth block server for us to share our code and
data, while gaining other benefits along the way. The client disk can access
this server already as it is online already. It however is not ready for
data population. It is ready for communication testing.
