Hello, all.
This is my first posting to the group, so hopefully all my thoughts are in
order. My question digs as such: I would like to create a ColorForth
implementation on Win32, much like any other Forth implementation (although
not compiled at first, just interpreted).
I have done this with ANS Forth in the past, but the "input" of ColorForth is
baffling me right now. Is this something that really can only be done with a
specialized editor or prompt? Or have any of you come up with a unique version
of accomplishing the same results?
Each time I think about the problem I get more and more frustrated with it.
Using some kind of token for input leads me back down the road of ANS Forth
(which isn't bad, just not what I want). I've though about just writing an
editor that will save color formatting to an XML file?
I appreciate any responses.
Jeff
