You don't understand the problem by replicating the solution that someone
else has proposed.

Let's see some THEORY first.

Let's see some solid explanations of what is WRONG with the OSI 7-layer
model, IN DETAIL.

Let's see some evidence that you actually know what you are talking about,
and actually have a clue of why the OSI model is what it is, and why TCP/IP,
and everything else, was done the way it was done.
