We have moved the irc channels #c4th and #c4th-off_topic from IRCNet to
freenode, also #c4th-off_topic has been changed to #c4th-ot due to
complaints about length.

This decision was made do to instability, lack of servers in some areas,
and restrictave policies governing logins on IRCNet. It is hoped this will
provide better service to present and future users of #c4th and #c4th-ot
