[colorforth] GLcolorForth

I was becoming frustrated with the performance of XcolorForth, so I have
created GLcolorForth which is hardware accelerated on my machine. I still
use the X based colorForth, mostly for editing, with quick access to
electronic references.

GLcolorForth is located at:
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~maslicke/colorforth/GLcolorForth.tar.gz

However, the web server seems to be malfunctioning, so for the time being
I will accept requests for the file.
