Only if you own a DSLAM, the DSL equivalent of an Ethernet switch. I
don't know very many who own DSLAMs though.

Since a LAN uses only 4 of the wires 8 wires in a typical RJ-45 cable
if you had two pair 4 wire lines between the locations you could run a
local network, but I don't know how far it would work.
