[colorforth] mixed case entry

Here is an idea for mixed case entry.

Presently the Alt key will switch between two sets of characters. Now,
give the Alt key the shift function when held, and the switch function
when released. If a character is entered during shift, release will not
switch but return to the un-shifted set of characters.

This gives the Alt key the functionality of the conventional 'Shift' key,
now with the ability to switch between on-screen sets with a press-release
combination.
