Hmm, keyword: _download_. Simple Xmodem file transfer protocol, desktop 
"dock station" and you saving yourself from messing with FAT. Reading about 
Chuck raping FAT on USB disk ( http://ultratechnology.com/fsc04.htm ) left 
me terrified for days. :)
