Friends,
Have just finished porting 4word to linux. Includes asm source to compile
using NASM version 0.98.33.
URL: http://www.modest-proposals.com/ModProg.htm
The 3800 byte 4word kernel can be extended and saved.
A debug build option generates debug symbols for use with your favorite
debugger.
The dictionary is now inline with the code to facilitate memory management.
The text editor has been extended with 'undo', and has color source as well
colorless ascii source.
Source for a forth disassembler/debugger is included.
'Makefile' and 'mk4w' shell script to generate appropriate binaries, included.
Feedback, corrections and questions accepted.
Regards,
Terry Loveall
