Need Portable Ntsc T.V. for Mup Board.

Well I live in Australia, I've been waiting for the F21 or a new Mup21 kit,
as it is somebody is selling me an old kit (just came up in conversation),
but the T.V. standard here is PAL and the Board requires NTSC for color.

I am seeking specifically a portable (Handheld) Ntsc T.V. used or secondhand.

If anybody can help email me, I realise it would have to come from America
or Japan etc.
