My financial situation has improved.  The merchant account and online
transactions have been shut down, but I did get caught up on the bill
at my isp so it has not gone away.  I did get enough money to rescue
some equipment from the pawn shop, including the camcorder.  Armed
with it was able to make a tape.

When one of the checks comes halfway around the world and gets deposited
and clears then I can go out and buy some blank video tapes and make
some copies.  I hope that the equipment will not wear out before I can
make a few copies.

My priority is getting test boards for F21, not buying new video 
capture hardware and software to convert tapes to digital format,
only 60megabytes or so you say, nor upgrading my isp to a status that 
would allow me files of that size.
