A thought just hit me. Traffic on a large F21 multicomputer's bus would become
quite unwieldy. What about making a f21 network switch that would allow
processors to be grouped off and allow greater overall bandwidth to each
processor chain. A device supporting 8 rings could probably fit in a 20 pin DIP
package... =) The design of the device would be quite rudamentary, only a few
buffers and a simple hardware based protocol stack.
