In case it isnt a 1 Bit CPU I would recommend
to add a shift-left instruction as well. Otherwhise
you will be in trouble when it comes to add/sub etc..
Branching doesnt hurt either.

The _real_ minimum instruction set is one with a
subtract-and-branch-when-negative instruction btw.
