Although the F21 is supposed to be for special purpose situations... I lean
towards general purpose processing. Wouldn't a configurable topology raise
a lot of overhead in multithreading? (Assuming an OS would allow it once it
was booted)

My personal MISC processor probably would be able to support C, but only as
a matter of coincidence and not intention.
