[colorforth] ColorForth improvements

Hello all.

Due to all the problems with ColorForth (I have tried 5 machines to no 
avail)  I think that a standard VGA ColorForth disk should be created.

At least then, we could look at, and play with it.

Anyone up for doing this ?

I`m NOT saying the VESA should be abandoned. Just that VGA is simpler 
and work can be done in parallel on VGA and VESA.
